Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our clerical team for 22.5 hours on a permanent basis.
The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy Service and includes the organisation and monitoring of the office workload.
Working hours are to be Monday 8-4pm Platt Bridge Health Centre, Thursday 9-5pm Wigan Health Centre, Friday 9-5pm Wigan Health Centre. Non-negotiable.
This vacancy may close earlier than the specified closing date if a high volume of suitable applications are received.
The role will require you to work across all areas in the Trust which includes those that are designated as positive and asymptomatic and negative COVID wards.
Evidence of qualifications listed on the person specification will be required and interview and during the onboarding process.
Main duties of the job
- Duties will include manning reception and dealing with telephone enquiries as well as using the SystmOne, Choose and Book, Patient Centre and HIS computer systems to input referrals and manage clinic appointments.
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the physiotherapy service including hydrotherapy.
- Data inputting onto the Patient Centre system
- To participate in the organisation and monitoring of the office workload
