You will work within a team of Senior HR Business Partners who are also placed as leaders within divisions across the Trust, driving change and delivering effective workforce interventions in accordance with the WWL corporate objectives and business plans. You will need to contribute and embrace these plans adding value and making the Trust a better place to work for staff, inclusive and compassionate contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care.
Main duties of the job
You will also be responsible for overseeing the effective and operational support provided to managers and employees within the division through the HR Advisory team. The support that you and the team provide will be efficient, effective and business focused, meeting the evolving needs of managers and employees in the Trust. You will develop and role model compassion and fairness, promoting equality and inclusivity.
You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and react quickly to new situations/information, having effective negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
You must also be able to work flexibility and demonstrate commitment which is crucial to achieving success. This post is offered on a part time (30 hours per week) basis. A flexible working arrangement to suit both the service and the successful team member will be agreed to secure a good work life balance.
