We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individual as a Deputy Performance Manager. The role is full time (37.5 hours) across Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
The successful post holder will-
- Be responsible for managing RTT performance targets and activity
- Deal with varied queries and operational issues daily whilst supporting the Directorate & managing the validation team.
- Assist in the operational delivery of our Trauma & Orthopaedics service across both inpatient and outpatient pathways
- This interesting and varied role requires the ability to thrive using your own initiative whilst being committed to teamwork to ensure work is completed to meet Trust targets.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner are essential.
