Job summary
Join the South Staffs Adult ADHD & Autism Team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner across South Staffordshire.
The South Staffordshire Adult ADHD & Autism Team is expanding, and we're looking for a highly skilled advanced clinician to join us in providing leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred assessments and support for adults across the region.
You will be passionate about transforming neurodevelopmental care for adults and play a key role in shaping a forward-thinking, values-driven service.
You will be responsible for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems and assess their health care needs, based on highly developed health knowledge and skills, including physical examination skills.
This role is Monday to Friday, typically 9am-5pm and will include travel over a large geographical area, so access to suitable transport is essential.

- A qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (must have completed Masters ACP).
- Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment, mental health, or related clinical fields.

Main duties of the job
As the Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be expected to:
- Lead on the completion of comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for adults.
- Use your prescribing qualification to support safe, effective treatment pathways within the wider team
- Contribute to clinical leadership, service development, and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with a skilled, supportive MDT committed to innovation and compassionate care
- Help shape the future of neurodevelopmental services in South Staffordshire
