We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Call Handler/Assistant Administrator to this new role, to join our Mental Health Administration Service. This assistant admin role is specifically to support our ADHD Service clinicians.
As the Call Handler/Assistant Administrator, you will work closely with our small team of dedicated professionals as we seek to support adults across South Staffordshire experiencing ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). We are a supportive team, who are passionate about delivering excellent care as well as promoting staff wellbeing.
Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and/or experience, however this is not essential as full training is given. We support training and ambition with many of our Call Handler/Admin Assistants having been successful in achieving promotional posts within our Service or the wider Trust.
Main duties of the job
To be successful in this role you will be required be organised, professional and adaptable with a sound level of written and spoken English.
This call handler/Admin Assistant role includes:
Strong communication and customer service skills
. Personal resilience to handle telephone calls, queries and message taking
Using our clinical system RiO, inputting, creating letters etc
Completing a wide range of admin tasks from an electronic workflow inbox
Scanning, uploading and copying.
. Ability produce quality documents in a very busy environment
. Good time management and prioritising work
Room bookings via our Micad booking system.
