Job summary

Based at Haywood Hospital, you will be working as part of a well-supported team of clinical pharmacists leading and driving the development of the clinical and operational pharmacy services. This role will be extremely rewarding, and requires a motivated, dynamic individual who is experienced in working at operational level with a range of stakeholders and a track record for service development and delivering to agreed targets. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with limited late shift duties and Bank Holiday commitments. On call commitments include a remote out-of-hours advice only 'on call' service (rota basis). The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job

To be accountable to the Director of Pharmacy for the safe, effective and efficient management and delivery of pharmacy operational services at the Haywood Community Hospital and designated Trust inpatient physical/mental health community hospitals/clinic settings.
