We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Adult Mental Health Services situated in Severn Fields, Shrewsbury. The Service offers mental health care and treatment across a variety of different age ranges and presentation.You may already live in Shropshire or are considering relocation to an idyllic semi-rural location.
The post holder will be working as part of a team along with Medical and Clinical Administrators and other Administrative Assistants. The post holder will be expected to be able to use their own initiative and judgement, although they will be well supported by other Mental Health Admin staff and through the clinical and professional networks accessible through the community teams.

Main duties of the job
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant working 22.5 hours per week Wednesday - Friday, supporting the Adult Mental Health Services reception based in Shrewsbury. Our Administrative Assistants are an integral part of our Admin Team,and our clinical teams rely on our team to provide an efficient, effective service to support them in delivering the very best care to our patients. The administration offices are busy, and the role is challenging but it is also rewarding as you support this team and the Mental Health teams as a whole.
