We are looking to recruit to our clinic administration team within East Staffordshire. This role will be a patient facing role, supporting with the reception cover at our main clinic site, Hill Street wellbeing Centre in Stapenhill, Burton and supporting our other clinic, Balance Street Health Centre, in Uttoxeter.
We have a full time vacancy for 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. Part time will be considered but please note that full days would need to be worked to provide sufficient cover for our opening hours.

The clinics are a hub of exceptional patient care and are a key part of future care delivery. East Staffordshire services are co-located over a small number of sites which provides a supportive and inclusive environment in which to work.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will work as part of a supportive clinic admin team, and alongside the clinical services including Nursing, Podiatry and Physiotherapy. The team is a patient facing team, covering the receptions of both of our main Clinic sites.
Responsibilities include directing patients to the clinics, booking of patient appointments, using clinical systems (EMIS), liaising with partner agencies and ensuring the general running of the building.
