Job summary

You must have previous experience of working in medical staffing function; working knowledge of electronic rostering packages and experience of supervising/leading a team. We are looking for a compassionate leader to supervise our administrative team. You will need to have great skills in prioritising, scheduling and planning, like to work as part of a team and care about providing excellent customer service. The work we do is varied and can be fast paced at times but it is also rewarding and appreciated.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities of the successful candidate are:
Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship of the medical staffing administrative team.
Day to day operational supervision to include reprioritising and allocating work as appropriate to ensure efficient and effective admin support to our medical workforce
Manage and coordinate the on-boarding of our rotational doctors in training
Support the development of complex rotas across the Trust
To work collaboratively with the Trust's ESR / E-Rostering Leads to embed the use of E -Rostering for medical staff
We will support you with training and a period of on-boarding will be provided.
