We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Band 4 lived experience trainer based within the Primary Care Mental Health Team. This role will work alongside the Clinical Education Lead to provide training to staff across all sectors in Self-Harm.
We welcome applications from anyone who has lived experience of Self Harm either personally or as a carer who is interested in delivering training to others to increase knowledge and reduce stigma.

Do you have a genuine interest in improving patient experiences by delivering training to the people who work with them?
Are you able to accurately draw upon lived/carer knowledge and expertise to co-produce and co-deliver quality recovery education training

Main duties of the job
Working under the supervision of the Clinical Education Lead
Creating/altering existing training packages around Self-Harm
The delivery of training packages to all sectors of staff in varying venues and locations.
Creating and maintaining the development of effective relationships between primary care and local communities and other services in the voluntary and statutory sector.
Travel across locations in South Staffordshire
Hybrid working between home/office/training locations
