We are looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Team in East Staffordshire to help us continue to change things for the better, working with patients following discharge from hospital with a new diagnosis of Stroke.
There may also be the opportunity in future for this post to rotate through Community Rehab and MSK Physiotherapy too.
Are you........
A Physiotherapist with an interest in developing Stroke knowledge and skills
Experienced in working with Stroke or Neuro patients, particularly in the Community
Enthusiastic, with a creative approach to rehabilitation
Passionate about making a difference to people's lives after Stroke

Main duties of the job
As one of our Physiotherapists, you will join a friendly, highly skilled and motivated multi-disciplinary team, based in Burton on Trent.

Opportunity to develop skills in Stroke rehabilitation
Training opportunities - in house and externally
Established and supportive supervision and appraisal structure
You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Specialist Stroke Nurse and support workers in this exciting team to provide home based assessments and rehabilitation for Stroke patients in the community.
