Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the North Home First team which covers Leek and Moorlands and the surrounding area.
We require an enthusiastic, proactive person with excellent people and communication skills who will help lead our team through change and ongoing developments within the service.
The successful applicant will be required to work over 7 days on an early (7am-3pm) and late shift (2pm-10pm) pattern to meet service delivery.
All applicants are required to have a minimum NVQ level 3 qualification.
