Stores RWC 1 x Band 2 Stores Porter

Porters SGH 5 x Band 2 Porter

Stores SHG 1 x Band 2 Stores Porter

Band 4 is a split role between sites 2 days / 2 days (SGH & RWC), 1 day spare (North or Administration)

This role will require a full UK driving licence.

Main duties of the job

Staff Administration -

Communications - Emails & MICAD Jobs

Rotas (Both sites)

Health Roster & Finalisation

Leave Approval & Cover

Sickness & RTW/Stage 1 interviews

Appraisals, 1:1s & Inductions

Training & Compliance Administration

Risk Assessments Completion (COVID, Workplace, DSE, Manual Hand)

Stores Management (System management, EProc, EFinance)

MPFT Transport

Commercial Fleet Management for All Lease Hire Vehicles

Monthly Vehicle Usage and Fuel sheets monitoring

Weekly/Monthly vehicle check sheets

Liaison with team managers of vehicle users

Liaison with F&E Admin team and Lease Hire Company

Porters Vehicles (RWC x 2, SGH x 3)

Porters Workstream - Responsible for

Catering - Food movement

Post - Collection/Delivery

Waste - Collection

Linen (Separate methods of distribution on both sites)

Stores - Collection/Delivery

Post Room/Franking

Patient Moves (ECT Eqpt)

MICAD jobs - Furniture movement

Medical gas - Monitoring, Collection/Delivery

Porters Transport Service

Management of Internal Transport requests (MICAD) and allocation to team and Recharge.
