Job summary
Full Time (37.5 hrs per week) 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Work base - Reception, Foundation House, St George's Hospital site in Stafford, ST16 3AG

What are we looking for?
- An organised, professional and adaptable Receptionist
- Passion for quality admin

- Transferrable administration and computer skills

- A willingness to train on our various systems and processes
Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience
Main duties of the job
- Working on our outpatient reception at Foundation House, St George's Hospital, Stafford
- Creating template and bespoke letters
- Ad hoc tasks such as sending documents, preparing mail
- Working on reception at Foundation House, Stafford meeting and greeting, booking rooms, creating letters, care plans etc
- Working as part of a busy admin service to provide first class admin support to our Mental Health clinicians
