We are looking to recruit to our clinic administration team within East Staffordshire. This role will be a patient facing role, supporting with the reception cover at our main clinic site, Balance Street, Uttoxeter with occasional support at our sister site, Hill Street wellbeing Centre in Stapenhill, Burton.

We have a vacancy for 8am - 5pm Monday and Tuesday with the remaining hours suitable to be worked on any other day to suit the successful applicant.

The clinics are a hub of exceptional patient care and are a key part of future care delivery. East Staffordshire services are co-located over a small number of sites which provides a supportive and inclusive environment in which to work.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will work as part of a supportive clinic admin team, and alongside the clinical services including Nursing, Podiatry and Physiotherapy. The team is a patient facing team, covering the receptions of both of our main Clinic sites.

Responsibilities include directing patients to the clinics, booking of patient appointments, using clinical systems (EMIS), liaising with partner agencies and ensuring the general running of the building.
