Job summary

As a lead clinician across the Health and Justice (H&J) Services of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT), the post holder will represent MPFT in system wide forums as a clinical expert working with external partners on system wide pathways, H&J strategy and attending key strategic clinical networks.

Main duties of the job

You will lead the development and coordination of a multi-professional seamless service improvement, in partnership with operational managers, other clinicians and people with lived experience.

There will be a focus on integrating service provision with H&J partners, primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare services, voluntary sector and social care services.You will be expected to negotiate complex service development within MPFT and across the wider systems to ensure comprehensive H&J services, enhanced skills and knowledge of the workforce, and addressing inequalities in H&J provision.
