Job summary

Full Time (37.5 hrs per week) 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Work base - West Admin Team office in Stafford, ST16 3AG plus an as required need to work on our Cannock Clinic reception.

Main duties of the job

  • Various administration tasks such as creating template and bespoke letters
  • Handling a large number of challenging and often sensitive telephone calls to community secondary Mental Health Services in a contact centre style team
  • Working on reception at Foundation House, Stafford and Park House, Cannock on an as required basis, meeting and greeting, booking rooms etc
  • Working as part of a very busy admin team to provide a first class admin service to our Mental Health clinicians
