Job summary

The the Systems Development Support Officer will be responsible for the maintenance and continued development of systems managed by the Application Development Team such as our clinician system (RiO) along with corporate systems (e.g SharePoint).They will be creative, offering digital design skills primarily through web technologies and be able to work positively and collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust.They will have experience and knowledge of web development methodologies and SQL creation within a large system. They will be familiar with Information Architecture (IA) best practice, website analytics and have excellent front end coding skills including but not limited to; XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Main duties of the job

They will be creative, offering digital design skills primarily through web technologies and be able to work positively and collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust.

They will act as a catalyst within the team for clinical engagement and development and ensure this promotes the use of RiO within the Trust.
