Job summary
Cheadle Hospital are looking for a Receptionist to join the team. The post holder will be a key member of staff and will work closely with Health Clinicians, Colleagues, Visitors and Patients to the Hospital providing reception duties so professional and compassionate customer service is important.
Furthermore, our team prides themselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere, where everyone is valued and respected. We provide regular supervision and appraisals to ensure that all staff have the support they need to develop their skills and progress in their careers.

Main duties of the job
- You will be responsible for providing a quality administrative and reception service to the site. Working in close co-operation with all staff groups and other medical professionals.
- The needs of the service user will be the utmost priority. The principle of high quality customer care is at the heart of this role. Working within the service can at times be a stressful environment, by way of telephone calls, visitors, daily urgencies. You need the ability to work under pressure, with conflicting demands at times.
