Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to recruit a part time band 7 Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working in our Integrated Mental Health Team based in East Staffordshire (Burton & Uttoxeter) working as a non-medical prescriber.

Main duties of the job
- Carry out assessments, reviews and associated prescribing for service users following agreed practice guidelines as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to provide care coordination.
- Carry out reviews of service users who are having medication prescribed in primary care and need an annual review for this to continue.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and review of care planning and risk management.
- Deliver a high quality clinical service to Service Users, their Families and Carers in the Community.
- Demonstrate an attitude which respects the core values of the organisation and the principles of Recovery.
