Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Shropshire-based community mental health services as a Quality and Governance lead (using Local Authority, not County boundaries).
The post holder will work closely with the Service Manager and other key team, service, Care Group and Corporate leads to contribute to the development and ongoing provision of high quality services, built on evidence based care and governed through the principles of a collective leadership model.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to be aware of some of the unique challenges that present themselves across the community mental health landscape and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of key stakeholders to encourage the integration of the overall service that is provided.
Leadership experience with evidence in support of service change is an essential requirement for this post with a willingness to work into an evolving level of service within which flexibility, reflection and learning is required.
