Job summary
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists who are registered with the Health Care Professions Council to join our friendly Physiotherapy Services Teams at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. There are multiple full time (37.5 hours) static MSK outpatient posts available in the Stafford & Cannock area across a number of different bases in both health centres and hospitals.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be supported by experienced physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team. As part of their job role they will be required to independently manage their own case load and contribute to departmental and service needs. The post holder will be required to have excellent communication skills, show initiative and team spirit as well as be committed to patient care. An understanding of rehabilitation is desirable along with varied clinical placements as a student. Continuing Professional Development is encouraged and identified through annual appraisal. Clinical supervision is offered through groups or individual supervision as appropriate.
The post holder will need to be flexible and able to travel in a timely manner to work in a variety of locations across the Trust, as the service requires.
