Job summary
This is a 10 PA locum appointment for a Consultant Pathologist, with special interests in Gynae. This post will be available from 1st October 22 for a period of 6 months. The post-holder will provide service relating to biopsy reporting. There will be opportunities to contribute to Oncology cut cup and reporting as well as participating in suitable MDT. The post will be based at Level 5, Bexley wing, St. James's University Hospital, Leeds.The successful applicant should hold accreditation in the Royal College of Pathologists or equivalent, and should be on the Specialist Register or within six months of being admitted to the GMC. Excellent communication and team working skills, a strong commitment to teaching and service development are essential.
