As an Organisational Learning Trainer, you will design and deliver learning interventions that equip our workforce with the skills and confidence they need to thrive, ensuring every colleague can contribute to the best possible patient care.

Main duties of the job
The job holder will work in partnership with the Organisational Development and Culture (OD&C) wider team and is responsible for teaching, supporting, and assessing the theoretical and practical skills for the staff undertaking training.
The job holder will support the OD&C team in the development of a highly skilled and appropriately trained workforce who will support in ensuring good practice and delivery of high-quality, effective and efficient care.
