We
have an exciting opportunity to work in the Organisational Development and
Culture (OD&C) Team as a Senior Business Support Adviser (Band 4) to
provide an administration service that covers the day-to-day activity of the
department which includes our core offering of:

Administration and Support for the
Mandatory/Training Compliance associated with the West Yorkshire Integrated
Care Board contract.
Main duties of the job
You
will act as a first point of contact in delivering a high-quality,
comprehensive administration service to OD&C internal and external
customers, which will include:
Dealing with routine enquiries in a
pleasant and helpful manner
Communicating with our customers,
sharing relevant information using an impeccable telephone and email manner.
Able to produce a variety of
professional and accurate documents using various Microsoft 360 IT packages
to a high standard.
Confidence in dealing with people
at all levels are essential.
Be a team player, meticulous,
detail oriented and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a challenging
and changing environment.

Engage with stakeholder to provide

external providers.

OD&C accountable meetings including minute taking following appropriate
governance structures.

- Ability to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate senior member of staff.
- Enthusiastic with a passion for own and others development
Qualifications

- GCSE in English and mathematics (or equivalent)
- Good working knowledge for Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Business administration/NVQ Level 3
Experience

- Experience of working in a busy administrative role.
- Experience of working with a variety of different people in and outside the organisation.
- Minute or note taking
- Strong communication skills, working with staff at all levels
- Ability and experience of adapting and reacting within changing and fast paced environments.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Organisation Learning Management systems and the ability to set up training courses and producing standard and bespoke reports.
- Working knowledge of NHS Electronic Staff Record system
