are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our Organisational
Development & Culture Centre of Excellence within the HR function at
LTHT.
In
this key role, you will play a vital part in contributing to the delivery of
transformational change initiatives, fostering an inclusive, engaging
workplace culture and supporting the development of our colleagues.
Main duties of the job
As
an Organisational Development Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in
shaping our organisational culture while also taking on Team Leader
responsibilities. Alongside managing and supporting your team, you will
design and facilitate impactful learning interventions. Your work will
empower colleagues to create a high performing and inclusive environment
where everyone can thrive, aligning with our 'Leeds Way' values and ensuring
the best possible patient care.
You

- Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent work experience within Organisational development or Learning & Development
Desirable
- Evidence of further training or CPD relating to leadership and management, OD or L&D Psychometric tools accreditation eg. Insights or similar.

- Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, and/or leadership & management initiatives and interventions.
- Team leader and management experience
- A proven track record of delivering OD interventions within a large organisation.
- Ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience of embedding organisational values, culture change and behavioural frameworks.
