Job summary
An
exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Organisational Development &
Culture Centre of Excellence within the HR function at LTHT, contributing to
the delivery and achievement of our
strategic people priorities and specialising in the areas of organisational
transformation, development, inclusive culture and employee engagement.
As
a member of the OD & Culture management team, youll have a pivotal role
in shaping and leading the strategic and operational delivery of our culture
work and programmes of activity that are focused on supporting colleagues to
create the conditions were individual and team contributions are valued,
where inclusivity and collaboration is important and where our people are
equipped to be the best version of themselves, working in the Leeds Way and
delivering safe and effective patient care.

Main duties of the job
You will be in good company amongst a resourceful, innovative and impactful team of
colleagues who are known for evidence-based thought leadership, professional
guidance and service delivery. Working in partnership with managers, leaders,
staff networks, champions and HR Business Partners to deploy progressive
Organisational Development and Culture projects, frameworks and initiatives
and will facilitate positive action to create transformational change.
We
work with individuals, teams and specialties who want to achieve a positive
shift in the performance of their people, their systems and processes to
positively impact staff and patient experience.
As
one of our Organisational Development & Culture Practitioners, you will
directly contribute to the development of organisational culture, team
effectiveness and performance, inclusion and engagement and all aspects of
organisational change and transformation.
Working
as a trusted partner and critical friend through a range of strategic and
operational organisational development approaches, project and change
management and other workforce and service improvement techniques.
