A
fantastic opportunity has opened on L50.
Due
to the promotion of the current Ward Manager, we are looking for a passionate
experienced Childrens Nurse to take on this exciting dynamic role on L50.
This
important leadership role would suit an existing Band 7 who is looking for a
new direction or an experienced Band 6 who is ready for their first senior
leadership role.
Main duties of the job
The
successful applicant will be a highly motivated, dynamic individual with the
ability to enable and empower their team and have a passion for working with
patients under the care of both Hepatology and Renal services.
Strong
leadership and performance management is an integral aspect of this band 7
role with patient/parent experience and patient safety underpinning all
aspects of care. You will be required to provide assurance that standards of
care are met and always sustained. The applicant must be able to demonstrate
good leadership qualities, an ability to motivate team members and a proven
track record of change management. Excellent organisational and communication
skills are essential and commitment to personal professional development as
well as that of team members is required. A support package will be developed
to support the successful applicant's needs.

the haemodialysis unit which is co located to L50.
