Job summary
An
exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated individual with a
keen interest in developing their management and leadership skills as a
permanent Night Nurse Practitioner for out-of-hours cover at CAH.
This
new permanent position will be supported by the senior nurse team at CAH. It
is an essential part of the out-of-hours service at CAH, given its peripheral
location. While the role requires operational and governance oversight, this
is supported by the out-of-hours team at the main site when needed (CSM and
on-call HoN).
Working
Hours: Nights (19:00 07:30) and weekend days (07:00 19:30).

Main duties of the job
The
successful applicant will need excellent communication and interpersonal
skills and the ability to provide high-quality nursing care across a diverse
range of patients. You should also be committed to ongoing professional
development and have evidence of such.
Training
will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and tools to excel
in your role and maintain patient and staff safety. This will include a
three-month supernumerary training period to ensure you are well-equipped for
your new role.
