We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and reliable Admin Officer to join our Admin team to support the clinical teams from a administration perspective
The successful individual should also be capable of working on their own initiative as well as working as part of a wider team. The successful candidate will be always conscious of the needs and requirements of the Service.
This post is working Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, (can be flexible)

Main duties of the job
We provide a high-quality service which is integral to the success of the service, and we are looking for someone who feels they can enhance the admin provision already being provided.
You will be an experienced team player who has the skill, knowledge, and the right attitude able to assist in the delivery of a high quality, accurate and timely support service. You will be self-motivated and able to work effectively.

We are based in the Merville Building at St James Hospital, You'll find yourself working with a variety of highly motivated, supportive, and experienced colleagues.
The post holder may be required to cover for colleagues during absence and work.
