Reception Team Leader

Job summary

We are looking to recruit a reception team leader for our Gynae Oncology and Colposcopy department

You will be responsible for the supervision of the staff on our main reception desk and providing administrative staff functions, working closely with clinic staff and admin manager

Main duties of the job

Responsible for supervision of the staff on Gynae Oncology and Colposcopy reception

Making sure patients are booked in correct timescales and in the correct clinics

Weekly reports to make sure clinics are utilised

Weekly collection of data for SLM

Working alongside the admin manager to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient admin and clerical service

Cancellation of clinics
