Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Pain Service. We are seeking an experienced individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the provision of high quality care and able to demonstrate an interest in pain management. You will join a small established multidisciplinary team working in partnership with Chronic Pain and Inpatient Pain, between Bensham and Queen Elizabeth hospital sites.

Main duties of the job

The key aspects of the role will be to provide specialist advice on acute and chronic pain conditions for adults and the clinical teams caring for them. You will be required to undertake nurse led clinics and also to review and plan care for post-operative patients. You will provide education for patients and other healthcare professionals
