Applications are invited from registered Medical Practitioners for this post in the Department of Medicine in Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The post would suit individuals who aim to pursue a career in Acute Medicine or other Medical Specialty.
The successful candidate will predominately work with our Medicine team, there might also be opportunities to work within other specialist areas within the Trust
Main duties of the job
To work at Registrar level and should be competent in managing acutely unwell patients with remote supervision as delegated by the ward consultant.
The successful candidate will provide and demonstrate clinical leadership to the Junior Clinical fellows and wider MDT as well as teaching junior members of the team.
