Job summary
The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative duties to support the Dietary and Nutritional Department.
To develop close working relationships with all staff in all areas of the Trust
To assist with the administration duties in the dietetic department.
To assist in the booking of appointment's in Careflow for all patients with the national guideline for 18 weeks.
To maintain a high level of communication and organizational skills with all the physiotherapy and admin staff.
To assist in the day to day running of the department.

Main duties of the job
Range of work procedures requiring job training.
Significant administrative experience
Excellent word processing/keyboard skills/computer literacy
Experience of maintaining a comprehensive filing system and maintaining/preparing accurate documentation records.
Communicate effectively both over the telephone and face to face
Excellent written skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively using own initiative.
Ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
Good organizational/time management skills
