Are you a talented, experienced Adult registered Nurse ready to progress into the next stage of their career?

Following a recent re-structure, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly developed Patient Flow Team as a Band 6 Clinical Flow Manager.

We are seeking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and motivated nurses to join our team and support the management of appropriate patient flow through the hospital. You will assist with the optimisation of patient placement and work within the national Criteria to Reside guidelines, facilitating right care, at the right time, in the right place.

You will assist the team in ensuring all decisions regarding patient movement are clinically driven, therefore a solid nursing knowledge base is essential.

You will be keen to develop your leadership and management skills and will possess excellent communication skills, particularly when working under pressure.

In return, you will be offered the opportunity to further develop as Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is committed to the ongoing progression and development of its workforce.

Please note: Candidates who do not demonstrate they meet all Essential Criteria for this post, will not be selected for interview.
