An exciting opportunity has arisen in Critical Care for a 12 month secondment as a Band 6 deputy sister/ charge nurse to cover maternity leave
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Nurse who is open to change and continually striving for excellence to join this leadership team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ward managers in all aspects of leadership and management including supporting the critical care team to continually develop the service. You will also support the educational facilitator in staff development.

You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Interested individuals must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, be proactive and have a keen willingness to learn as well as share knowledge. Recent experience of implementing change and participating in audit would be advantageous
