Main duties of the job
We currently have an opportunity for a highly organised person to work within our Recruitment Team to provide high quality, efficient and effective recruitment administration support to recruiting managers and job applicants for non- medical and medical staffing appointments. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, from advertising to issuing contracts and everything in between.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 GCSE's in English and Maths, have gained an NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent, and have excellent IT skills. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload is essential. Previous experience of working in a busy recruitment environment is desirable, together experience of working with an online recruitment system or database and experience of working within a team in a large organisation.
