Main duties of the job
You will be working as part of a small, specialist, nurse led team in the chemotherapy day unit, based in the Tranwell building within the main QE site. The chemotherapy team is also responsible for the care and management of patients who self-refer to the unit unwell and or become unwell whilst on the unit and require admission to the main QE site. Previous experience of chemotherapy administration is not necessary as full training and support will be given whilst working alongside experienced staff.
