Job summary
To work towards a Business Administrator NVQ Level 3 apprenticeship, whilst providing a comprehensive administration service for the North East and North Cumbria AAA Screening Programme and working as a team member within the admin office.
Main duties of the job
- To assist with data entry for the National Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Programme
- To actively monitor appointments for AAA screening using the relevant screening software systems
- To handle any queries or telephone enquiries in an accurate and professional manner
- To deal with patient's notes and ensure they are kept safely, properly updated and the confidentiality of the information contained within is maintained
- Manage own workload by prioritising tasks accordingly in order to meet screening targets and deadlines.
- Carry out general administration duties e.g. filing, photocopying etc
