Main duties of the job
- To operationally support and develop interoperability between Trust and National Systems within a Healthcare environment
- Utilize appropriate applications such as Integration Engine's, Automation Software and Power Apps
- Use object-oriented design and development to produce interfaces utilizing HL7 V2 and FHIR
- Verbal and written with:
- Chief Executive, Directors and Clinical Directors, managers
- End users of all grades, professions, and skills
- Departmentally based system administrators
- Information, Health Records, Library department staff at all levels
- Local and National service providers, and other third-party suppliers
- Partner organisations (both NHS and others) in the local health community
- Other NHS Trusts, NHS Agencies and HSCIC bodies
- Representation at relevant local, regional, and national forums
- Work with departmental systems administrators, project staff, local and national service providers, and other third party organisations over the integration of these systems into the National Programme, or the replacement of these systems by LSP/NASP equivalents or other central initiatives such as Electronic Staff Record
- Represent the Trust on local, regional and national forums where appropriate for the support and development of these systems
- Work collaboratively with all members of the digital teams to deliver a seamless, efficient, and effective service

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate subject
