An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to work as part of the Medicine Business Unit in Urgent and Emergency Care as a Service Line Manager. This role would suit an enthusiastic person looking for a challenge in a post that is both interesting and varied. The role will work as part of a triumvirate in conjunction with the Clinical Lead and Matron. The triumvirate is supported by an Assistant Service Line Manager.
This is a busy, demanding and challenging role. In return this post offers significant leadership development opportunities, together with an opportunity to work across a variety of Urgent and Emergency Care specialties, equipping you with a broad knowledge and understanding of the organisation. These include Accident & Emergency, Emergency Assessment Unit, Urgent Treatment Centres and Same Day Emergency Care. You will also have line management responsibility for a number of teams and be responsible for the effective delivery of the portfolio.
