Main duties of the job
We currently have an opportunity for a highly organised person to work within our Recruitment Team to provide high quality, efficient and effective recruitment administration support to recruiting managers and job applicants for non-medical and medical staffing appointments.
Previous experience of working in a busy recruitment environment together with the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload is essential. Ideally you will have also have experience of working within a team in a large organisation.

Job responsibilities
As a key member of the Recruitment Team, you will provide a high quality and efficient administrative and customer service to colleagues and the Trust when recruiting to their teams (non-medical and medical staff).
You will welcome all visitors to the department, and ensure they are dealt with promptly and communicate with successful candidates via telephone, email and in person with regards to their recruitment process.
You will be responsible for the administration associated with new starters including liaising with managers over start dates, induction arrangements, ensuring that full and accurate records are established and paperwork is processed promptly to ensure that all new employees are smoothly integrated into the workforce.
You will also have the opportunity to represent the Trust at Careers Fairs/Recruitment Events with both internal and external venues.
The role involves using electronic systems and databases to manage information relating to each recruitment campaign and our flexible resourcing allocation, typing and sending standard documentation, as well as communicating with candidates, line managers and third parties.
You will also be involved in the ongoing development of systems, policies and processes in line with the digital agenda and to support the continuous improvement of the resourcing service to the Trust.
