Job summary

Temporary Staffing Admin and Clerical BankBand 4 (Bank Staff) South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust are looking to recruit enthusiastic admin and clerical staff for the Trust Staff Bank. Band 4 - Team Administrator

We serve just over one million people of all ages across the London boroughs of Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.

We also provide a range of specialist regional and national services.

Main duties of the job

Work activities may include using computerised information systems, as required by the Trust, word-processing, maintaining filing systems and being the first point of contact for patients, relatives/carers and other professionals.Working within the staff bank you may be required to work in a range of areas across the trust. The successful candidate must be adaptable to different working conditions and to have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the telephone in order to provide and receive complex information for a broad patient group.

The post holder is required to undertake a wide and varied number of duties to ensure that the work is managed as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • NVQ Business Administration level 2 or 3 or willingness to work towards achieving it

  • oExperience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • oFront line customer service experience

Desirable

  • oExperience of working in NHS setting or similar large organisation
