We are excited to announce there is an opportunity for Nurse Associates to join the Outpatient Department in the heart of East London.

You will be joining a team that is one of the performing Outpatients Department in the UK, that achieves consistently good clinical engagement, patient flow and has an Good rating at CQC.

We are looking for Nurse Associates to work as part of the adult nursing team to provide high quality care for patients. Our nurses should be safe, competent and confident in performing a wide variety of activities indirectly supervised by a registered nurse. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated nurses who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge.

You will be supported by a dedicated team of practice development nurses, senior nurses and a strong education ethos. We will deliver a key career pathway training in order to give you grounding in your career.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will practice under indirect supervision in all areas within the Outpatients Department. Following a period of development and assessment, contribute to the assessment, planning and implementation of individual care for assigned patients ensuring safe practice and maintaining high standards of care.
