Job summary
We have exciting opportunity, for 2 permanent band 6 Senior Community Children's Nurses. The role is suited to an experienced band 5/6 looking to gain experience, develop their clinical skills and management of children's acute and long term conditions.
Main duties of the job
To provide acute and complex children's nursing care in the child's home or othercommunity settings within City and Hackney which is flexible, and needs based.
The post holder will work collaboratively with other agencies to offer education, advice and support. To provide a highly skilled and developed nursing care for children in theirown homes, nurseries, schools and other care settings.
