Assistant Service Manager
Due to internal promotions an exciting opportunity has arisen within the EMRS Division of Homerton Hospital for us to recruit an Assistant Service Manager. We currently have a permanent contract positions to offer.
The Assistant Service Manager role is a practical one and the post holder will work as part of the management team responsible for the division. The post holder will report to one of the Service Managers within IMRS.
The post holder will be responsible for a number of key areas. Firstly, they will work closely with the divisional management team in the operational management of its clinical services. Within the management of the division, they will have a role in operational management and also in the management of staff. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to expand on their leadership experience and gain operational management and service delivery knowledge.
Main duties of the job
You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be a key member of staff and will be integral to the success of the hospital, through your relationships with both clinical staff and patients.
