The Head of OD and Culture is a crucial, and unique, role in the Trust because of all of this. A particular focus of this work is tackling the EDI challenges the Trust is determined to improve, allowing our people to bring their whole selves to work. The role is also a crucial leadership role overseeing a varied portfolio of teams including communications and engagement, the EDI lead and the Trust's health and wellbeing programme.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in leading OD interventions at team level as well as developing and delivering cultural change at an organisational scale. We are looking for someone who has experience in leading health and wellbeing programmes or equality, diversity and inclusion programmes which had a measurable impact on the whole organisation. We see this as a unique role where a person with an OD background can take the next step in their career by leading a range of teams and delivering on a range of objectives, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, a voting member of the Trust's Board of Directors.
