Job summary
The Radiology Admin & Clerical Team at Homerton Hospital are a close-knit group of hardworking individuals. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team who has a keen interest in both administration and healthcare. The role is an apprenticeship and will therefore be varied. You will have significant contact with both members of the public as well as hospital staff.
Working Hours Full Time: 37.5 per week
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate would have a background in healthcare administration however this is not mandatory as full training will be given in the department and through the apprenticeship programme.
You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of administrative, clerical and reception/booking duties, ensuring records are maintained to the highest standards.
You will complete the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 with lifetime training. This training is a blended delivery model with both facilitated and self- directed learning, leading to end point assessment and final grade.
You will work with the admin and clerical Team Leaders and Admin and Systems Manager to ensure an efficient and effective service delivery to all users of the department.
