Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Division of Medicine, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of the PAHT2030 strategy within the division, driving innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to achieve divisional and organisational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Balance divisional leadership responsibilities with clinical practice in your specialty.
