Job summary

The Staff Health and Wellbeing (SHaW) Support Worker works as part of the Staff Health and Wellbeing team working between the supervision of registered occupational health advisors/ nurses and participates in the delivery of client care and the administration team.

The post holder will complete the Care Certificate within the probationary period, leading to an opportunity of internal development.

The department and contracted hours are Monday-Friday (Excluding bank holidays) 08.00-16.00

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the the SHaW support worker is to contributes towards department organisation, supporting the occupational health advisors and registered nurses in the provision of a safe and caring environment. Supporting and helping to undertake medical screening assessments to ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to Occupational Health & Safety legislation. Alongside working within reception and supporting administration services to the department as outlined below.
